This is one of the most outstanding Palmeraie villas that I have ever seen and Chic Marrakech have taken on.

It is an utter joy.

The house is a masterpiece from the fabled Marrakech architect Elie Mouyal and built in the heyday of Marrakech design – back in the eighties.

The property was in fact completed in 1986 for the parents of the delightful current owner.

It is situated right in the heart of the Palmeraie – in its very centre and situated in a tropical oasis of exotic mature gardens of 17,000 m2.

The house is buried in a verdant paradise – and sea of aromatic fruit trees – and lost in its own world.

The house interestingly compromises three parts. The main villa and two guest houses.

The main property is so comfortably appointed and meticulously furnished. This is complimented by the original beldi farmhouse of the land – that was restored – funked up and extended into a self contained guest house with three additional bedrooms – and this too has its own service kitchen and salon.

At present the villa boasts guardian’s quarters at the gate – then in the principal house there is a dining room, a bar, a kitchen, a guest apartment with walk in dressing, three salons, an outside veranda, a guest loo, a reception hall, a master apartment on the first floor with its own balcony, then an underground floor with its own patio and fountain, a hammam and changing room and a third apartment.

Then is also a pavilion with its own salon and kitchen at the end of the pool.
