Reference TB19

This historic unrestored riad in Marrakech is full of charm.

It is enviably situated between the atmospheric Spice Market and the main square, La Place Jemaa El Fna, so it could not be better located and in a more authentic Medina spot.

The riad is properly old and circa 180m2.

It boasts some beautiful original detailing – as can be seen in the photos.

What makes the property interesting from a design perspective is its spatial configuration.

Firstly, there is a massive chunk of wide square space outside the main part of the riad in the entrance hall. Even though there are only three sides around the courtyard, a big fourth room could be built above this and also on the terrace. Then there is another chunk of extra space that spreads out in one corner of the kitchen, which is another plus.

Finally, the rooms of the central portion of the riad are unusually wide and interesting for a Medina property.

The price is 1.1m dhs.
