Medina property deals do not come better than this in Marrakech.

This deal is arguably the stand out deal of the year.

It is such a fabulous ancient 180m2 riad – in such an atmospheric location close to the souks – by my all time favourite architect – Quentin Wilbaux.

Unfortunately due to health reasons the charming owners suddenly need to sell, and fast.

Accordingly, they would be prepared to sell at circa 220,000 € in order to facilitate an immediate sale.

As it stands – I don’t know anything else – this nice – at this price – period.

The riad is in the classic Quentin Wilbaux style – with soft terracotta tiling – married into a classic plaster and tadelakt decor – and a mix of beldi bathrooms and rustic wooden ceilings.

It is a generous medium sized property – with spacious bedrooms – and a massive double salon – and also boasts a stunning ancient Douriya with a private salon with an antique hand painted cupola ceiling and two bedrooms – also with hand painted cedar wood ceilings.

In total there are five generous bedrooms spread throughout the house – as well as a wealth of communal spaces.

The house also benefits from a nice sized pool set off on one side of the courtyard.
