This is one of my all time favourite riads. Period.

It is a total joy.

The house is the creation of two fabulous and enthusiastic Spaniards – who looked to create in their riad a harmony of light, texture and water.

They wanted a create a fluid home – in a soft seductive palate of tadelakt and plasterwork – with homely interiors – and flowing relaxed space.

As can be seen from the photographs – their design is a genuine triumph.

The house spreads from the super cool staggered entrance – with soft seating spots dotted around – in between the mix of individual suites.

The riad is a six bedroom hotel – with good rentability and has the potential for a seventh room as well as a hammam in the under ground level.

At present the riad boasts on the ground floor a gated entrance, a long entrance hall with seating and storage, a patio with dining / seating and a pool, a dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, a double lounge and an independent pool side suite with it’s own patio. On the first floor are five suites including one with a feature mashrabiya balcony. On the terrace is an extra room that can be converted into an additional bedroom, a bar and pergola with chill out seating and a solarium.
