This beautiful titled French owned 360m2 riad is in excellent condition and is situated in an atmospheric spot on the fringe of the Mellah, next to many of the main tourist spots such as the Maison Tiskiwin, Place des Ferblantiers, Bahia palace and Badia palace and the super cool Mellah Spice Market.

The riads boasts a wealth of original features, it is unusual spacious, open and decorative – (as many riads were in the Mellah, or old Jewish quarter), and interestingly it is split into three separate parts with three separate entrances. The principal entrance is particularly ornate and grand.

The riad is blessed with some cool traditional Moroccan cement tiles.

It has a covered walkway around the first floor, with an antique feature slatted wooden decorative ceiling. The pillars could easily be tweaked into classic horseshoe arches. It is worth noting that the balcony ringing the first floor is mirrored on the terrace, meaning that the roof terrace is very wide.

The riad has been partially restored and interestingly, boasts authorisation for three floors.

There can be retail in the project too.

The price is 650,000 €.
