It is extremely old and its spirit and authenticity has been beautifully maintained in its restoration.

At present the riad boasts on the ground floor two entrances halls, a lavatory, a kitchen and a laundry room, two patios both with bhous and marble fountains, four bedrooms and a generous winter salon with French Windows. On the first floor is a massage room, an ancient salon, two colonnaded balconies with open salons, and five bedrooms.
