This is a fantastic riad / medina Masion d’hotes.

It is a long established hotel – situated in an absolute prime location in old Marrakech – adjacent to the main square – La Place Jemaa el Fna.

Certainly it is in tourist central and it’s brilliant and accessible location has helped it become a firm tourist favourite – with a year round occupancy of between 70/80%.

There is in fact a management / rental contract currently in place – that could be retained – to provide an owner a secure and guaranteed income.

The riad was restored to a high standard ten years ago and the property was designed in a unique and funky style.

It sympathetically marries Moroccan architecture with touches of African design – giving it a distinct African vibe.
