This 255m2 riad hotel has a rich history – and was once a part of a massive palace – that belonged to one of the most notable Moroccan families – and then the pacha Thami El Glaoui, Pasha of Marrakech.
The riad in olden days was the sleeping quarters for guests of the pasha in the palace.
The riad was meticulously restored fifteen years ago by the renowned Belgian architect Quentin Wilbaux – who created an absolute masterpiece.
He left much of its authenticity intact.
The property has functioned since 2003 as a top end boutique hotel – boasting five bedrooms and suites – as well as two roof top pool, a hammam, a sumptuous patio with ancient zellij, and two vast lounges.
