This wonderful and utterly charming riad is one of the most notable boutique hotels in the whole of the medina – and is one of my all time favourites riads.

It was opened back in 2005 by lovely English friends – and has been a firm tourist favourite since – located brilliantly next to parking and right next to La Place Jemaa el Fna.

This riad is 190m2 and has passed through several owners.

It is now being sold due to unfortunate personal problems.

The property has retained much of its original charm – and offers a wealth of antique detailing – that had been sensitively restored throughout; – from pastelled vaulted ceilings, to original arches and corbels.

There is a real atmosphere here and patina – often missing in most medina guest houses. It is uber cool – and super cozy and homely.

At present the riad boasts on the ground floor a large entrance hall, a storeroom, a guard loo, a 40m2 patio with columns and a 2x7m2 pool and a bhou, a living room with an original vaulted ceiling and a fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor is a four sided balcony, a suite with a decorative njeema ceiling with a fireplace, a second suite and two bedrooms. Then on the roof terrace is a summer kitchen, a dining room, a laundry room and a covered living room with a fireplace.

The business is being sold as an ongoing concern.
