This is the most wonderful ancient 400m2 riad and I am so pleased that Chic Marrakech have been instructed as exclusive medina property agents to market it.

As can be seen from the photographs – it is a grand house – with wonderful proportions and an imposing main courtyard – colonnaded on two floors.

The property was originally once a part of a royal palace and belonged to a notable judge.

The property still retains its connection to the royal palace and is accessed through a succession of fabulous gateways – which are rather impressive.

One of the most noteworthy points of the property are the terrace views – which overlook the massive gardens of the adjoining Royal palace. They are truly special and there are also nesting storks nearby settled in the ancient palace walls.
