This is a one of a kind renovated designer riad that has discretely come up for sale on the medina property market.

It is an absolute design classic – and I am super pleased Chic Marrakech have just taken it on – as the foremost Marrakech property specialists offering design homes.

The riad is absolutely top class – as is its location – being situated adjacent to the main square in the medina – La Place Jemaa el Fna.

The riad is a grand property – and an old property – that was meticulously renovated – and I mean meticulously.

It is absolutely in a different class – and the volumes and room sizes and finishing are just fabulous.

The detailing is simply wonderful – and the riad is all about comfort and luxury and offers plentiful space for its discerning guests.

The riad is designed as a seven bedroom luxury riad hotel – and it is an established medina hotel with a successful training history.

It was designed by the uber cool and renowned funky designers Bjorn Concerdings and Ursula Haldimann – who take on exclusive and occasional design projects here in Marrakech – and for each one create look to create something truly unique.

Well – here they certainly succeeded.

The patio is simply a joy, the vast enclosed dining room – ( within a secondary patio), with its cascading glass chandelier and stripped back walls are just wild – and the superb towering roof terrace with its super elegant pool – is divine.

Overall this riad absolutely rocks.

The riad is discretely on the market – so further details and photographs are upon request from our agency – Chic Marrakech.

At present the riad boasts on the ground floor a grand entrance hall, guest loos, a vast dining room that was once a second patio, a salon, two suites, a kitchen, storage and a colonnaded patio with a central fountain. On the first floor are open salons on all sides and five massive suites. Then on the roof terrace is an elevated viewing tower, a pergola with an open lounge, dining space and a solarium and a proper pool and spa.

It is worth noting that all of the rooms are individualised and have their own lounge space.
